What is the Success Center?

 

The Success Center  is a place where students are able to complete assignments and prepare for tests.  We also work on several aspects throughout the year.  These include study tips, self esteem, communication skills, and many others.

 

Who is able to join?

 

The Success Center is for students in 7th through 12th grade who are referred by teachers and/or parents.  Students who are struggling academically are targeted as kids who may need to be in the Success Center.  There are many factors which may contribute to a student being at-risk.  We certainly don't want to label a student, rather we view the program as a way to come along beside a student and propel them to their full potential.

 

When do students attend?

 

Students are scheduled in the Success Center during their study hall time.

 

9th hour study hall:

 

Students are also able to attend an after school study hall from 3:15 PM to 4 PM.  Contact Mr. Kriegel if you are interested in this program.
